# eCell Repurchase and Destruction Announcement (Phase 2)

Dear users,

Consensus Cell Network, the originator of the eCell community, has been conducting eCell's market repurchase program since February 2020. Since June 2020, Consensus Cell Network has purchased 49,973,829.41 eCell through various channels, and this portion of eCell has been withdrawn from circulation.
